CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At Studio Clay, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because missed or last-minute appointments can prevent another guest from booking that time, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice when making changes to your appointment. 48-HOUR NOTICE Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service total. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments. EMERGENCIES & EXCEPTIONS We understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with Studio Clay, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
